Corrugated Cardboard Production Line Description
Corrugated cardboard production line is the professional equipment for producing corrugated cardboard .The production line consists of the Mill Roll Stand, liner(medium paper ) Pre-heater, Single facer machine ,Conveyor bridge , Gluing Machine, Double facer machine , Slitter Scorer , Cut-off , Conveyer and Stacker, Heating System ,Air compression system and Glue Making System and so on. We produced different grade 3,5,7 ply corrugated production line with different fitting. On the base of understanding the requirements of the customers and the advanced skills at home and abroad, our company has developed and designed these production lines with the speed 60~220m/min, the paper with 1600~2200mm and A,B,C,E UV flute production line can satisfy different customers.
Corrugated Cardboard Production Line Characteristics
1 Design speed 150m/min
2 Expiry width 1200mm-2500mm
3 Hot –plate surface are whetted.
4 Dense press roll are applied , motorized lifting or lowering as a whole, hydraulic lifting or lowering system is optional.
5 sectionally or integrally pressing according to the number of plies. ,Benefit to cardboard agglutinate and molding.
6 Manual deviation-correcting device is equipped for the lower cotton belt. The upper cotton belt is equipped with automatic or mannul deviation-correcting device and pneumatic tension device..
7 Cooling and molding parts adopt c Dense suspended press rolls, Transmission gear is oil-immersed airproof drive or half airproof oil-immersed drive.
8 Drive roller are wrapped wearable latex, improve the using longevity of cotton belt.
Double Facer
Man-machine interface PLC automatic control,automatic switching of the heating plate number and size of the pressure to adapt to different kind of paper flute perk intact.Heating plate is surface grinded and chrome-plated,width 600mm.18-22pieces chose.Type of rubber drive roll with vulcanized surface to avoid deviation.
Single Faceer
Fingerless vacuum suction type single facer with preheater for liner paper and steam spray device for medium paper.Upper and lower corrugated roller are unit assemblage,the whole corrugated roller group can be move and quick replacement,to change flute type quickly.Bearing for corrugated rollers and pressure roler adopt high-temperature lubricate grease to keep smoothly and durably.
Thin Slitter Scorer
Automatic synchronize with the corrugated line and can also get in line with manufacture management system.High compatibility. Three types which can also be alternated with electrical system scroing can also be computer controlled tith fine scring results.
Packaging
1. Fixed all the movable parts with plastic films.
2. Polystyrene foam plate wrapped around.
3. Wrapped with tighted plastic films several circles.
4. Fixed machine on the fumigated plywood pallet with iron wire.
